Streamline commercial invoice creation by setting up reusable invoice items that auto-fill your forms.
Navigate to the Commercial Invoice Items settings page to begin creating reusable invoice items.
Click Create New Commercial Invoice Item, then fill in the following details:

| Description | A description of the commercial invoice item |
| HTS Number | The Harmonized Tariff Schedule number for the item |
| ECCN Number | The Export Control Classification Number |
| Country of Origin | The country where the item was manufactured or produced |
| Quantity | The number of units |
| Unit | The unit of measurement |
| Value per Unit | The monetary value of each unit |
| Total Weight | The total weight of all units |
| Total Price | The total monetary value for all units |
Once all fields are filled in, click Save.
When creating a commercial invoice, start typing the item's description in the invoice creation field. A dropdown will appear showing your saved items — select the one you need.
Once you select a saved item from the dropdown, all of the item's saved values will auto-populate in the Ship Page. This includes the description, HTS number, ECCN number, country of origin, quantity, unit, value per unit, total weight, and total price.
