ShipStation Integration with ShipBoss

Navigate to ShipStation

Log into your ShipStation account via their website.

Go to Account Settings

• Click on the gear icon at the top right corner.
• Select Account from the left-side menu.

Navigate to API Settings

Click on API Settings under the Account menu.

Generate or Regenerate API Keys

• If this is your first time setting up an integration, click Generate API Keys.
• If you already have keys, you may see the option Regenerate API Keys.

Copy Your API Credentials

Once generated, your API Key and API Secret will be displayed.

Log into ShipBoss

• Access the ShipBoss admin portal.
• Navigate to the Admin section.

Enter ShipStation Credentials

• In the ShipBoss integration section, select ShipStation as the channel.
• Paste your API Key and API Secret into the corresponding fields.

Save Your Integration

Ensure all credentials are correct, then click Save to activate your integration.

Your API keys provide full access to your ShipStation account's functionality, so keep them protected and only share them with trusted parties.
