View shipments, track packages, and perform actions
Navigate to the History tab to view all your shipments in a list view. The History Page is your central hub for managing past and current shipments.

Use the search bar to find shipments by tracking number. Admin users can also filter by user to view shipments created by specific team members.
Click on a shipment's tracking number to open a floating window displaying real-time tracking updates and delivery status.

Click the View Package Details button to open a floating window showing comprehensive package information, including weight and shipping charges.

Click the Actions dropdown on any shipment row to access additional options:

Select Print Label to open the shipping label in a new browser window. You can print it directly or download it as a PDF.
Select Email Label to send the shipping label to the shipment's sender contact person via email.
Select Create Pickup to schedule a carrier pickup directly from the History page. See the Scheduling a Pickup guide in the help center for details.
Select Void Shipment to cancel a shipment. You will be prompted to confirm before the shipment is voided.
Select Duplicate Shipment to copy a previous shipment to the Ship Page. This pre-fills the To and From addresses, package details, and rates — saving you time when shipping to the same destination.
