This guide walks you through the steps to connect your Magento, WooCommerce, or Shopify store with ShipBoss, enabling seamless synchronization of orders and products.
The orders table displays the following information:

| Platform (Channel) | The E-commerce platform the order came from |
| Customer Name | Name of the customer who placed the order |
| Order Date | When the order was placed |
| Products | Items included in the order |
| Total Quantity | Total number of items in the order |
| Quantity Shipped | Number of items already shipped |
| Remaining Quantity | Number of items still to be shipped |
| Order ID | Unique identifier for the order |
| Status | Current order status |
| Modify Shipment | Option to edit the shipment details |
Clicking on "Modify Shipment" next to an order allows you to edit the shipping details, including:
After adjustments, click "Get Rates" to choose a carrier, then save your settings.
To create shipping labels, select the orders by checking the boxes next to the desired rows, then click the "Create Labels" button at the top of the page.
